What's included in my estimate?
We provide you with a thorough estimate that breaks down labour which includes raw materials and the cost of each contractor involved in the project.
Do you help with condo building approvals?
Yes, we will collect all of the necessary information for you to submit to your building management. This includes, but is not limited to, all design plans, work schedules, insurance policies and city permits.
Once the estimate has been approved, what are the next steps?
Great, one step closer! Once the estimate has been approved:
We'll work on an agreed start date and payment schedule
We'll provide you with a Materials Checklist to help with your fixtures and finishes purchases.
We'll give you a recommended store list and exclusive discounts.
If requested, we can offer architect-grade designs with our interior designer, product samples, material procurement, and client referrals.
We'll get ahead on items needed before the start date such as sending permit applications, or approving interior design sketches.
How can I be sure you are the right person for the job?
In our In-Home Consultation, it's a great chance to get to know one another, listen to your renovation ideas, answer your questions and share our perspective.
I'll share how we'll work together to get the renovation completed, previous client's reviews and pictures of current projects so you can see our work ethic.
It is important that we share similar values for a great work relationship.
