Currently looking for:
Experienced Handyman
Work includes, but not limited to:
Purchase and install registers
Purchase and install access panels
Purchase and install bathroom fixtures
Clean windows
Silicone showers
Caulk/fill holes, paint, install fireplace
Tiling
Materials delivery
Handyman reports directly to the General Contractor and will leave the site 100% clean when done. Handyman will also sometimes be called for odd jobs, left by other trades that may have been called away for any reason, including but not limited to:
Drywall
Taping/mudding
Painting
Flooring installation
Baseboard, doors & casing installation, filling and painting
Creating MDF access panels for electrical panels and/or water meter access
Job Type: Full-time, Contract
Salary: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Experience: General renovations 2 years (preferred)
